Physical Therapy

Neuro Fitness Therapy provides skilled Physical Therapy for Parkinson’s Disease (PD), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Stroke and several other neurological disorders originating from the brain. All sessions are one-on-one with the therapist and last for 45-60 minutes per session. Each client receives a custom exercise program based on their evaluation findings. This is an exercise-based approach utilizing the best evidence, which includes an in-office exercise routine, an extensive home exercise program as well as caregiver / client education.

The daily routine includes whole-body movement patterns designed to help restore balance, coordination, improve cognition, strength and endurance and functional mobility. To reach the optimal benefits from the sessions, clients are closely monitored by the therapist(s) throughout the visit. Constant feedback from the patient/client is encouraged and expected. The program’s overall goals are based on initial and ongoing evaluations and client/patient goals.
